Ordering

How do I place an order?

Sign up for an account, check that we deliver to your area, browse products from your local farm, and add items to your cart. Then proceed to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments, instant EFT, and cash on delivery (COD).

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it has been confirmed by the producer. Once confirmed, the milk is already being prepared for delivery.

Delivery

Which areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to select areas. Check our service areas page or enter your address when signing up.

When is delivery day?

Delivery days vary by area. Common schedules are Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday. You will see your area's schedule after signing up.

What if I am not home during delivery?

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and return any empty bottles. Contact us if you need to make alternative arrangements.

Bottles

How does the bottle deposit work?

A refundable deposit is charged with your first order. Return your empty glass bottles to the driver on your next delivery to receive credit on your account.

What happens if a bottle breaks?

If a bottle is broken or not returned, the deposit is forfeited. Replacement bottles will be included with your next order at the deposit cost.
